For my team, while working at ExosomePlus, Inc,

I see myself in others.

He has the image that I want to have.
Both firmness and leisure in his years

Another he
has the image of my past and future.
He is not perfect, but confident, so I like him.

Another
makes me reflect on the my image that I did not have in my past

She
has passion and responsibility for work so
I cannot dislike her even if she did make mistakes.

Another she
has perfect sense, sincerity, and accuracy
Which gives me the joy of working together with her.

I see myself from my colleagues up, down, left, and right at work, 
and I see my past mistakes

Learning how to work together and
getting used to each others, which
is becoming one team with trust

Even if nothing remains later
This moment is tearfully happy.

내가 담고 싶은 내 모습이 있다.
연륜 속의 확고함과 여유로움
 
어떤이에겐
내 과거와 미래 모습이 있다.
완벽함이 없이 어수룩하지만 자신감있는
그래서 정겹다
 
어떤이에겐
과거 내가 가지지 못한 모습에
나 자신을 반성하게한다
 
어떤이에겐
일에 대한 열정과 책임감
잘못이 있어도 싫어할수 없다
 
어떤이에겐
완벽한 센스, 성실함, 정확함
함께 일하는 즐거움을 준다
 
직장에서의 상하 좌우로 내 모습이 있고
과거의 내 잘못도 보인다
 
함께 일을 하는 법을 배우고
익숙해 진다는건
믿음을 갖고
한 팀이 되는것
 
나중에 아무것도 남지 아니한다해도
이 순간이 눈물겹게
행복하다
