엄마와 같은 존재가 있다는 것은 

행복한 일입니다. 

세상에 아빠가 있다는 것

아빠와 같은 존재가 있다는 것은

행복한 일입니다.

There is a being like a mother

It’s a happy thing.

That there is a father in the world

Having someone like a father

It’s a happy thing.

힘든 일을 통과하면

기쁨이 있어요.

그런데, 조심하세요.

너무 좋은 일이 있을 때는 

나쁜 일도 같이 올 수 있어요.

When you go through hard times

There is joy.

By the way, be careful.

When something good happens

Bad things can come along too.

삶은 겉과 속을 구분하기 힘든

뫼비우스의 띠와도 같은 것

겉과 속이 하나인 띠

자신의 마음도 때론

구분하기 힘들어요

너무 심각해 지지 말아요

단순해 져요.

Life is difficult to distinguish between the outside and the inside.

Even your own mind sometimes

It’s hard to tell

Don’t be too serious

Be simple.

웃고 울어요

삶은 때론 슬프고

때론 힘들어요

울고 웃어요.

울음 그치고

완전히 웃을 수 있는 날도 있어요

I laugh and cry

Life is sad sometimes

Sometimes it’s hard

I cry and laugh.

Stop crying

There are days when I just laugh out loud

남자와 여자

같은 듯 하지만 다릅니다.

남자같은 여자, 여자같은 남자

그래도 본질은 뒤바뀌지 않습니다.

남자는 아빠가 되고

여자는 엄마가 되고

자연스러움, 평범함을 추구하는 것이 

가장 큰 행복입니다.

삶이란 숙제는 수수께끼 푸는 과정입니다.

하나를 풀면, 또 하나를 풀어야 하는

우리는 문제를 통해 성장합니다.

어려움을 만나더라도 웃어요.

어려움은 지나가요.

Life is a process of solving riddles.

If you solve one, you have to solve another one.

We grow through problems and troubles.
